MATTHEW E. WEATHERLY, PRESIDENT
Mr. Weatherly has 10 years of experience as a human resources management professional and consultant, specializing in position classification, compensation, recruitment and selection. He has served as a Human Resources Manager with Employee Solutions, Inc. and Staffing Consultant with Initial Staffing Services.

He has completed projects in staff development, recruitment, selection, job descriptions, salary survey, and salary plan development.

Mr. Weatherly holds a BS degree in Human Resources Management from Arizona State University. He has been a featured speaker at TMHRA, WALPELRA, and delivered workshops throughout the US on classification compensation topics.

ELIZABETH J. TALAMONTI, CCP, VICE PRESIDENT, NATIONAL OFFICE
Ms. Talamonti has over 25 years of experience as a compensation manager and consultant for public and private employers, specializing in job analysis, salary surveys, and salary plan development. She has served as Compensation Research Associate for Hayes/Hill, Inc., Senior Compensation Analyst for AON Corporation, Compensation Manager for the Loyola University, and Project Manager for the American Compensation Association.

She has conducted projects in job audits, job descriptions, salary surveys, compensation database management, compensation plan development, compensation training course development, and compensation trend research.

Ms. Talamonti holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University. She holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from the American Compensation Association.

ROBERT A. MILES, SPHR, VICE PRESIDENT, EASTERN REGION
Mr. Miles has over 25 years of experience as a human resources manager and consultant for public employers, specializing in position classification and compensation. He has served as Personnel Analyst for the City of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Personnel Manager for the City of West Palm Beach, FL, Director of Human Resources for the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Department, FL., AND Deputy Personnel Director for the City of Springfield, OH.

He has conducted projects in job analysis, position classification, job evaluation, compensation surveys, compensation plan development, employee relations, recruitment, EEO, and affirmative action.

Mr. Miles holds a BS degree in Business Administration (cum laude) from Central Ohio State University and the designation as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resources Management.

JUDE WILLIAMS, SPHR, SENIOR CONSULTANT
Ms. Williams has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources manager and consultant for public employers, specializing in employee development, classification, and compensation. She has served as Assistant Director of Human Resources for HS Healthcare, Regional Human Resources Manager for ManorCare Health Services, and Director of Human Resources for the City of Bettendorf, IA.

She has completed projects in job analysis, position classification, compensation surveys and plan development.

Ms. Williams holds a BS degree in Business Education from the University of Illinois and designation as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society for Human Resources Management.

SUSAN L. KRALL, SENIOR CONSULTANT
Ms. Krall has over 25 years of experience as a human resource manager and consultant for public employers. She has served as Human Resource Officer for Itasca County, MinnesotaMN, Personnel Representative for the Department of Employee Relations, State of MN, Classification and Compensation Manager for Arizona State University, Recruitment Manager for Minnesota Department of Transportation, Sr. Classification and Compensation Analyst for the City of Sacramento, Human Resource Manager, Compensation and Employment for California State University, Northridge.

She has conducted projects in: classification; job audits; job descriptions; salary surveys; compensation database management; compensation plan development; classification, compensation, and employment training course development; and policy/procedure research and development.

Ms. Krall holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

KATHERINE TILZER, SPHR, SENIOR CONSULTANT
Ms. Tilzer has more than 10 years of experience as a human resources manager and consultant, specializing in employee relations, compensation and recruitment. She has served as Personnel Manager for Laboratory Corporation of America, Director of Human Resources for Plaza Healthcare Inc., and Director of Human Resources for American Baptist Homes.

She has conducted projects in: classification; job audits; job descriptions; salary surveys; compensation database management; compensation plan development; classification, compensation, and employment training course development, and policy/procedure research and development.

Ms. Tilzer holds BS degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, and certification as Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resources Management.

VINCENT A. YERMAL, S RESOURCE INC., SANTA FE
Mr. Yermal has more than 30 years of experience as a human resources manager and consultant, specializing in position classification, compensation, training, and employee relations. He has served as Manager of Employee Relations for FMC Corporation, Manager of Human Resources for Kennametal, Inc., Director of Administration for Public Service of New Hampshire, and Director of Human Resources for Los Alamos County, NM.

Vince Yermal has over 25 years of business experience with several Fortune 500 corporations, public utilities, and local governments as well as operating his own business. Focusing on Human Resource Management, he has developed staffing approaches and training and development programs that support organizational missions and strategies. In addition, Vince has in-depth experience in organizational and personal development, career planning and counseling, job search and recruitment strategies, labor and employee relations. He has worked effectively with both individuals and organizations to help them reach their full potential.

Mr. Yermal holds a BA degree in Labor Relations from Pennsylvania State University.
